Whole of Club presentation dinner!
We’re thrilled to share that our season presentation night will this year include ALL sailors: Couta Boats and Off The Beach. Saturday 4 May 2024. Upstairs in the dining room. Two course dinner (main and dessert) $65. Drinks at bar prices.
Delicious meals: Char-grilled barramundi fillet, red curry sauce, sweet potato confit, lime yoghurt, coriander OR braised lamb shoulder, petits pois a la francaise, cippolini onion (alternate drop). Shared salads and chips. Dessert is whipped chocolate, berry compote, orange lavender sable, white chocolate soil or lemon meringue tart, passionfruit coulis.
Kids under 18 $25 (dinner and choc top). Get your crews together and nominate your boat name when booking and we will try to accommodate with seating arrangements.
OTB sailors and parents will be seated together in The Fort end of the dining room. Following main course, the OTB presentation will take place, after which we will invite all OTB sailors downstairs to the Sailing Centre to enjoy a choc top, movie night and games. When booking, please nominate you are OTB for seating purposes.
