Cara na Mara (5-7 years olds)
The first step to our SSCBC junior pathway is Cara na Mara (“Friends Of The Sea”) which is a fun filled sailing course for 5 – 7 year olds.
Sail & Play (8-11 year olds)
Sail & Play courses allow sailors to build up sailing skills, gain confidence, have fun and make new friends.
OutThere Sailing (12-17 year olds)
OutThere Sailing provides teenagers with the opportunity to learn sailing, paddle boarding and a power boat experience.
She Sails and Powerboat Courses
She Sails is a female only course which is run by female instructors. The course runs for 2 ½ hours per day, for four days (10 hours in total).
Junior & Youth Coaching
After graduating from our Learn to Sail program (or if you have previous sailing experience), the next step in our pathway is our Coaching Program.
Private lessons are tailored to specific needs. They are a great way for children who are starting sailing a little later to catch up with those of a similar age, or perhaps give children or teens who lack confidence on the water that extra boost before commencing a Sail & Play course.
Adult Learn to Sail
Adult Learn to Sail is the ideal course to get out on dinghies and learn the basics.
