The Club is excited to announce the formation of a NEW Committee to represent the Next Generation of Members of SSCBC, not just for the Next Gen Couta Boat Race. Want to be part of the organising committee to represent the Next Gen sailors at the Club? Are you aged between 16-35?
The committee will be made up of a Chair and 7 general members with a strict agenda and responsibility given out accordingly.
If you are passionate about SSCBC, apply to join the Next Gen Committee. We are hoping to form a diverse Committee with a spread of interests (eg. Couta boats, foiling, team racing, social sailing or any other Next Gen interests).
The role of the Committee will be to formally represent the Next Gen Members of the Club, and provide a platform to influence the SSCBC Sailing Strategy, budget allocation, communications, exposure and implementation of events.
